Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing sincere, high-value marriage coaching and resources. Please review our policies regarding session bookings and digital materials.
1. 1:1 & Couple Coaching Sessions
Because dedicated time is reserved exclusively for your session, we request at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time via your booking confirmation link or by contacting us on WhatsApp.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund or session credit.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments without prior communication are non-refundable as the time slot cannot be reallocated.
2. Digital Products & E-Books
Due to the immediate digital delivery and nature of electronic downloads (including our Marriage E-Book and accompanying exercises), digital product sales are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
However, if you experience any technical difficulties accessing your file, please contact us immediately, and we will ensure you receive your complete download.
